        i found there is no MD5 and HandshakeRequest class from
avro1.6.2. But it seems it had before. What's the problem?

These are generated sources, not present in the source distribution but
present in the released jar files.  These are in the avro-ipc jar file.

For example, the command:

jar tf avro-ipc-1.6.3.jar | grep Handshake

Shows that HandshakeRequest.class is included in the jar.
