Is Chukwa completely "Mavenized"? Do we have a Wiki page on how to build
with Maven? Can we generate the site using Maven instead of Forrest now?

The quick start guide has been updated with instruction on how to
build with maven on wiki site.  The document is not yet converted to
apt format.  The code is fully mavenized.  I am working on validation
of Hadoop metrics, and I am going to take  a pass on the forrest
document later.
