Hello,

I am trying to run the TestHBaseCliDriver tests from eclipse but they
always seem to hang at the following:

master.ServerManager (ServerManager.java:waitForRegionServers(541)) - *Waiting
on regionserver(s) to checkin*

.......

And then it would keep printing "*Waiting on regionserver(s) to checkin*"
and the tests wont run.

Has anyone else encountered this too? Any workarounds this?
