hi,

i installed pig 0.8.1 and ran the script in local mode but got the following error:

ERROR 2998: Unhandled internal error. org/jets3t/service/S3ServiceException

i have my S3 connection working, i can access all the data using S3fox firefox plugin, anyone knows what's wrong?

just tried pig 0.8.0 still got the same error, i run pig on cygwin in Windows, any idea?

Sharing your script would help.  Given this is an S3 error it is most likely an issue with how Pig is trying to connect to S3.  You might also find help on some of Amazon's forums.
