    I understood knew how  pre-Splitting is working.
    Can i know how Auto Splitting is working ? Is there
any Threshold for Splitting other than Hfile size?

It's hbase.hregion.max.filesize as per
http://hbase.apache.org/book.html#bigger.regions or MAX_FILESIZE in
the shell.
