Hi,
Some major differences between these versions are:
PostgreSQL 9.0 - Streaming Replication and Hot Standby (latest is 9.0.10)
PostgreSQL 9.1 - Synchronous Replication (latest is 9.1.6)
PostgreSQL 9.2 - Cascading Replication (latest is 9.2.1)
PostgreSQL 9.3 - (not yet release version: Multiple-master replication)
