In the README for 1.4 it says for walogs It is possible to specify a comma-separated list of directories to use for write-ahead logs, in which case each directory in the list must be created on all slaves.
If I use comma-separated list, will the entire walog be duplicated or will it span the directories?
Thanks,
Sandy

It will span the directories in a similar fashion to hdfs datanodes.
