Mapper partioner supports only Configurable API which can be used for
basic init. Problem is that there is no shutdown function.

I propose to use standard setup() cleanup() functions like in mapper /
reducer

use case is spring context + datagrid. which needs init/shutdown cycle.
Same stuff needs to be added to RawComparator too.
