Absolutely no javadoc warnings! Contributers: no longer will HadoopQA
plague your builds with that ugly red color for this category -- unless
it's your fault, that is. Reviewers: keep this in mind the next time you +1
a patch.

We raised HBASE-5598 about 9 months ago but got overcome by events.  It
would be a good place to renew efforts on getting findbugs fixed.

Anoop, please help yourself. I'm in no way in charge of this thing. I'd
suggest you start by taking one of the subtasks on the list there, or maybe
rebasing the attached patch up to trunk and resubmitting.
