We should push out a 0.90.4?

HBASE-3872 has a patch (needs review) and once it goes in I think we
have enough meat for a 0.90.4. Anything else that folks want to get
in before we make the cut? Otherwise, will work on this in next day
or so (with you Ted?).

As I disclosed to Stack earlier, I am not sure how much time I have working
on HBase.
I can definitely put 0.90.4 on our dev cluster.

We have been using 0.90 latest build with
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-4010 in dev cluster and no
problem was discovered.

Thats great to hear Gaojinchao. Let me roll a 0.90.4 release
candidate (I'll deploy the candidate at our shop once I cut it).
