QA team also verified ZOOKEEPER-1367 was fixed.

Based on Botond's findings here
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZOOKEEPER-1412 I'm going to
respin a new RC (after I fix the issue). Hopefully later today.

everything seems fine.

+1 for the release. Downloaded the release, checked the bits. Brought
up a 3 node ZK cluster and ran simple tests to make sure data is
consistent with server kill and restarts. Thanks for getting this out
