Is there any possible to run the flume agent in windows 7.

I know of someone who does this. They wrote their own startup scripts and
stuff.

I know flume 0.9.4 there are official exes can be download. And I run it in
windows 7 very well.

Hey,

Generally Flume 1.3.x and up is running well on Windows, the only thing you've to do is to write a start script, if you want this as a Windows managed service.
Note, HDFS related things are not supported yet, but feel free to try something out.
