Got this to work with the hack of replace the original code in pom.xml
with the following lines: <echo file="${project.build.directory}/copynativelibs.sh"> pp=`echo "/cygdrive/${project.build.directory}"|sed -e 's/://g'|sed -e 's/\\\\/\\//g'` echo "pp is $pp" if [ `ls $pp/nativelib | wc -l` -ne 0 ]; then cp -PR $pp/nativelib/lib* $pp/${project.artifactId}-${project.version}/${project.artifactId}-${project.version}/lib/native/${build.platform} fi </echo> Is this something we should fix, to take care of building on all platforms?
