how to make someone a contributor in JIRA

Hi,

I'd like to reassign CHUKWA-589 to Himanshu and give him contributor rights
to reassign but I can't seem to find how to do this in JIRA. Just how does
one do this?

Hi Bill,

This is done by JIRA dashboard, login to Administration, and select Chukwa
project. Follow link to View members. In the project role membership
table, click on Edit for contributors. For this one, I added hgahlot to the
contributor list and assign this jira to him.
