Re: PHP test suite failing
PHP tests pass for me, but I'm using a slightly older version of PHP.

% php --version
PHP 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.6 with Suhosin-Patch (cli) (built: Mar 11 2013

Copyright (c) 1997-2012 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.3.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2012 Zend Technologies

% ./build.sh test
PHPUnit 3.6.12 by Sebastian Bergmann.

OK, but incomplete or skipped tests!
Tests: 404, Assertions: 764, Incomplete: 3.
