If you go to one of the download mirrors and click "stable" it brings you
to a 0.92.1 release, not a 0.94.0 release.
For example: http://www.bizdirusa.com/mirrors/apache/hbase/stable/

What is a user supposed to conclude from that?  That 0.94 is not yet stable?
