Sorry again for a typo.

ant clean jar-withouthadoop piggybank -Dhadoopversion=23

ant clean deleted pig-withouthadoop.jar and pig classes, so if you do ant
clean piggybank followed by ant clean jar-withouthadoop, it will fail.
