Do you think there is a way to get HBASE-1212 into 0.94.x? I'm using
merges a lot in my cluster, and it's often failing because of the
duplicate sequenceID detection...

We should first get the patch into trunk, right ?

The latest QA run on the JIRA was from a month ago.

Can you re-attach patch so that we know where the patch stands in terms of
test passage, javadoc and findbugs warnings ?
