Re: Key and Value type serialization

Hey guys, I was at the Geeking out with Accumulo meetup yesterday ; it was a great presentation. I am wondering why the Key and Value types I'm the Java API do not implement the serialization interface, and if that is planned down the road.
Thanks.

Juan,
This sounds like a reasonable feature. Why don't you put in a jira ticket so that we can track this and debate it.

Hey Adam,
Looks like Jira is down at the time. I will try again later. Also, the Geeking out with Accumulo was this past wednesday. The email has been sitting in my draft until now. I sent it without editing it.
Regards
