    Actually, I find I got two problems. One is "not deployed" problem,
another is "Region in Transition" Problem.

    I have see my regionserver log on host4, the log message caused by the
"Region in Transition" problem: I deleted the table "t1", and there is no
table folder on HDFS, but t1 info is still in '.META.' table. So I delete
the row start with "t1" and restart hbase. Finallly, fix the problem.
Thanks for your hint.

    But "not deployed" problem is the same there.
