SingleColumnValueFilter filter1 = new SingleColumnValueFilter(

CompareOp.EQUAL,
Bytes.toBytes("my value")
);
list.add(filter1);
SingleColumnValueFilter filter2 = new SingleColumnValueFilter(
cf,
column,
CompareOp.EQUAL,
Bytes.toBytes("my other value")
);
list.add(filter2);
scan.setFilter(list);
